Plumbing is in!

The plumbing went quickly and since we had already discovered the erosion in one of the main pipes we did not have any additional surprises. We now have all new plumbing in our bathroom and kitchen and we have rough plumbing installed in an upstairs closet so we can add a half bath in "Phase II".  The Charley Taylor Gang here in Lamar were very friendly and hardworking! I didn't realize we'd have to dig up our whole side yard to get this completed but we are replacing the basement windows anyway so it's not as if our perfect landscaping was ruined.  (There are a lot of dusty lawns here in Lamar!)  We decided to go with the tankless water heater which is more economical since it only heats water on demand instead of keeping the hot water in reserve.
